Body
It all begins with the physical form.
Yoga asana, the physical postures of yoga, are designed for healing and transforming the body on both a gross and energetic level.
I offer personalized yoga asana including props and adjustments, basic acupressure, and cupping.

Breath
Transform the breath, transform the mind.
In yoga and buddhism, we use the breath to move and expand the prana—the subtle energy of the body—in an powerful practice called pranayama.
I offer traditional pranayama breathwork techniques as well as diaphragm release to support the system.

Meditation is not “thinking nothing” — it is an intentional, systematic process of training the mind to focus on what we choose, over and over. It’s pure power.
I offer training in traditional meditation and visualization for single-pointed focus, insight, and compassion.
